Below mentioned is the detailed description: Job Profile This position provides hands-on analysis and administration of Change Management processes and tools. The incumbent will: • Be an integral participant in defining and implementing the Serena Business Manager (SBM) product • Contribute to administration of Change Control processes and procedures • Contribute to administration and management of SBM application Role Description Include but not limited to the following: • Contribute to implementation and documentation of Serena Business Manager (SMB) application components and processes • Contribute to the day-to-day maintenance and management of SunGard's Asset Management processes and systems • Provide day-to-day assistance for workflow process implementation and changes • Provide day-to-day assistance to Change Management team investigating and resolving workflow requests and issues • Provide day-to-day assistance to Change Management team administering the SBM application • As directed and scheduled, produce reports of various Change Control and Asset Management metrics • Identify, create, and document technical implementation plans and tasks Mandatory Skills • MS Visio expertise • MS PowerPoint expertise • Workflow process management • critical thinking and problem solving skills • planning and organizing • decision-making • 2-3 years managing workflow systems/processes • Work independently and within virtual teams, with a high level of energy and commitment • Process driven • Adaptable • Stress tolerant • Team player • Clear communicator (written & verbally) • Conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines as directed • Ensure thorough, timely, and consistent communication is disseminated to the appropriate teams • Escalate resource or client issues that may impede project delivery • ITIL V3 Certified Desired Skills Additional Desired Skills • In-depth knowledge of Project Management Methods • Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate progress and initiatives • Experience using Microsoft Project • Financial services industry experience desirable Please revert with your updated resume if you would interested for the above mentioned opportunity.
