Brief description of the opening is given below: Position: Technical Trainer Industry: Biggest Corporate BPO Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai Qualification:  Post graduate / Graduate / Diploma in Engineering / IT / Networking  CCNA or any other certification equivalent to CCNA is essential Experience:  Minimum 4 years of experience  Out of which, minimum 1 year of experience in BPO training (Preferably in Telecom / Technical helpdesk) is desirable Job Description: Train new hires joined as Networking Specialists / L1's and L2's upon networking concept Skills required (Technical):  Sound knowledge of telecom / technical customer care processes.  Exposure to prepare training modules / content or equivalent  Technical knowledge of Hardware & Networking will be preferred  Knowledge of CRM tools  Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Compensation: Excellent & not a constraint for the right candidates.
