Designation: Process Executive (Infrastructure Managed Services)
Education: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Electronics
Mandatory Certification: ITIL V2 / V3 foundation
Exp: > 1 year in IT infrastructure management Process understanding, documentation & Rollout
Travel: Mainly within India – As and when required
Skills: ITIL, Documentation skills, Good communication, Knowledge on MS Windows (L1), MS office
Preference: Currently working in similar position in other companies
