Position - HDVC & VoIP Support Specialist Experience - 3 Years to 5 Years Skills - Technical skills and experience * Solid understanding of video conferencing and networking technology and experience with troubleshooting configuration issues. * Experience with HDVC and VoIP end-user support is a plus; preferably in the area of Avaya (VoIP) and Polycom (HDVC) products. * Experience with VoIP and VC Conferencing infrastructure support,preferably in the area of Avaya (VoIP) and Polycom (VC) products; experience with end-user-support is a plus. * Solid knowledge in the area of networking and remote administration.
