Skill: Storage L3 Experience: 4-8 yrs Designation: Technical Specialist Location: Mumbai Job Description:- 1. Should be willing to travel on short term as well as long term across country. 2. Should be quick learner. 3. Should possess average written and verbal communication skills. 4. Should have acceptable presentation skills. 5. Should be able to assist Pre-sales in Effort estimation and scope of work definition. 6. Should be able to assist Project Managers in designing project plan, technical design documentation. Roles & Responsibilities:- Around 2-3 years of working experience in Enterprise and Modular Storage Arrays from any of the OEM such as EMC, Hitachi, HP, Netapp, 3PAR, Isilon or any industry leading storage architecture. Around 2-3 years of SAN experience in Departmental and Director Class switches from Broca de, Cisco, McDATA, Qlogic. Working exposure on any one Intel and one RISC Hardware Platforms from HP/IBM/DELL/SUN or equivalent. Experience in any one of the backup technology such as Symantec Net backup or Backup Exec, EMC Networker, IBM Tivoli, HP Data Protector, Backbone Net vault, Comm Vault Galaxy or equivalent. Should have strong self-drive, confidence and flexibility. Has willingness to learn and work in teams. Good problem solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Awareness to ISO Processes will be a bonus.
