Experience required for the Job: 5 - 11 years Job Location: Mumbai (All Areas) Dear Candidate, Role : L3 Messaging support Experience : 5-8 yrs. Work location : Mumbai Job Description : Required Skills: 1. Having good experience in Exchange 2003 / 2007 & 2010 enterprise-level Exchange server administration. 2. Should have experience working in a large Enterprise environment and Exchange server monitoring concepts Exchange 2000, Exchange 2003, Exchange 2007 & Exchange 2010. 3. Migrations of Exchange infrastructure from Exchange 2003 / 2007 to Exchange 2010. 4. Should have at a experience with MSCS (clustering), good database administration and policy administration skills. 5. Strong product knowledge for supporting wireless email solutions for Blackberry Enterprise server and ActiveSync. - Exchange 2007 & 2010 server administration skills with clustering. 6. Should able to understand and troubleshoot email routing topology issues. 7. Knowledge on High Availability Solutions in Exchange 2003 / 2007 and Exchange 2010 (DAG). 8. Excellent Knowledge on Delegation Model introduced in Exchange 2010. 9. Good troubleshooting skills on Mailbox, Hub and Client Access Server Role. 10. Should have good troubleshooting & administration skills for Public folders, Exchange backup & restore. 11. Having good concepts for Windows Active directory and sites and services. 12. Should have handled escalated issues for Outlook 2003/2007/2010 client issues. Desired Skills: 1. Knowledge of OCS, Lync Server 2010 and Blackberry will be an added advantage. 2.
