Job Description.
Experience on Data & Security is must being a primary Skills & Voice/Switch/Router being secondary skills:
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting & administration of L2 and L3 routers and switches e.g 3600, 2600, 2800, 1800, 1700 series router and switches
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting routing protocols like RIP, EIGRP, OSPF and BGP.
Good Exposure and knowledge on switching technologies like
VTP, VLSM, STP, RSTP, Multicasting, HSRP/GLBP/VRRP etc
Hands on experience on managing Cisco Call manager/ UCS service
Call allocation, QoS optimization.
Implementing UCS server.
Good exposure on CISCO Firewalls PIX & ASA.
VPN, SSL/VPN, PKI, ASA FW
Exposure on Tunnelling Protocols (IPSEC / GRE)
VPN:- IPSEC, SSL, Site to Site, Remote Access
Knowledge about VPN functionality and configuration (VPN configuration steps on Firewalls and Routers).
Understanding of any ticket driven process.
Performance Management & Optimization.
