Technical Support Specialists to help customers establish and enhance their online presence by providing web-based technical support, product information, first-rate customer service and selling products and services as per customer needs.
Core Competencies :
- Excellent verbal communications skills (English)
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills, search skills, ability to approach problems logically Tier 1 Production Application trouble shooting skills Windows, Networking etc
Other Requirements :
- Willing to work under night shifts
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent Soft skill, Communications skills to handle customers across the globe
