Job Description:
- It is an outbound calling process where consultancy is given to customers interested in buying new cars.
- Handling premium customer.
- Target oriented.
- Demonstrates strong problem solving capabilities and assist customers in case of any issues.
Skills:
- Should have experience in Sales, Voice process (Outbound/ Inbound), Telesales & Customer service.
- Should have excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Should have good inter-personal skills.
- Should have basic knowledge of MS office.
- Should be comfortable relocating to Jaipur location.
- Day shift process, 6 days working (1 day rotational off).
