SKILLS :
- Holds a Bachelors degree in technical writing, information design, business, or computer science or the equivalent level of technical training and work experience.
- Demonstrates excellent English language usage and writing skills.
- Advanced problem solving and analytic skills.
- Familiarity with markup languages and proven experience with an authoring tool such as XMetaL Author, Arbortext Epic, the Adobe Technical Communications Suite, Madcap Flare, or Dreamweaver.
- Good PC skills with knowledge of various operating systems, file management tools, graphic design tools, and common MS office applications.
