Job Description :
- May be assigned to a small project or to phase(s) of larger project
- Solves routine problems using well documented methods and techniques; Problems are limited where solutions can be readily obtained
- Learning and beginning to apply specialized knowledge of a technology/discipline
- Initially relies heavily on senior staff for programming and troubleshooting guidance
- Expected to grow skills towards more autonomous programming and troubleshooting
- Receives daily guidance from development or project leader
- Works under direct supervision with specific instruction
- Gains subject matter knowledge in programming language and platform
- May begin apprenticeship toward product leadership
Required Skill :
- Ability to work through a problem effectively and provide a solution
- Ability to accurately follow directions
- Ability to work independently as well as in teams
- Experience programming in structured languages
- Ability to understand and apply concepts of objected oriented programming
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
- A B.E. / B. Tech. or equivalent degree and 0-3 years of related experience would be required
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming with command over at least one of C#, C++ or Java programming languages would also be required.
