* Onboarding, Offboarding, access (Shared drive, Application, software, etc) requests for one of the insurance companies based in US
* Work on AD, LDAP and various other tools
* Work on different client and internal reports
* Provides advanced support in the areas of problem identification and resolution.
* May assist the supervisor in overseeing the distribution of work,
* May assist with on-boarding and training of new team members.
