Job Description:
- Responsible to provide excellent customer service, solving questions and complaints related to Freshbox.
- Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Good logical reasoning analytical skills.
- Assist customers via email or chat.
- Energetic, friendly and approachable individuals who that understand the importance of great customer service.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in reading & Writing skills.
- Basic knowledge on computer keyboarding skills, basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Should be willing to work in 24/7 shift.
- One-way transport is provided.
