Experience :7 to 12 Years
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting & administration of L2 and L3 routers and switches.
 Hands-on experience in troubleshooting routing protocols like RIP, EIGRP, and OSPF.
 Good exposure / knowledge on BGP.
 Troubleshooting skills on Frame Relay / ATM, ISDN, Leased Line
 Exposure on Tunneling Protocols (IPSEC / GRE)
 Understanding of any ticket driven process.
 Performance Management & Optimization
 Strong in basic security concepts
 Good exposure on firewalls – Checkpoint or Pix
 Working Knowledge of proxy servers will be added advantage
 Working Knowledge on Load balancers will be added advantage
 Certifications – CCSA or SNPA or CCNP And CCNA
 Decent communication skills mandatory
Willing to work in 24/7 environment
