Profile â€" Roles and Responsibilities
- Real Time monitoring of SLAs at vendor locations (Service Level agreement)
- Analysis of trends and forecasting, scheduling, etc
- Maintaining SLA as per specified targets
- Vendor management including adherence to SLA̢۪s
Candidate Profile
- Sound knowledge of Call centre operations
- Experience in real time monitoring of 24X7 voice processes
- Sound Knowledge of monitoring and reporting tools such as Avaya CMS, Aspect, etc
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong understanding of performance metrics relevant to call center operations, capacity planning, etc
- Knowledge of DMAIC methodology
Qualifications - Educational & Professional
Graduate
Professional Experience â€" Years & Relevance
Min 3- 5 years of relevant ITES experience.
Understanding of commerical laws
Behavorial
Pleasant disposition, comfortable to interact with people from different cultures and levels
