High Level Details
Experience in Remedy 7.0.01 Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management.
ITIL certification is preferred
Experience in building reports in 7.0.01 including Crystal reports and SQL
Experience in MS-Office
Experience in preparing extracts and reports from Lotus Notes, Webview and CEM (Cisco Email Manager)
Location : Coimbatore
