At least 2+ years of experience in VMware, Virtual centre, HA
Strong performance analysis and tuning skills
The person should have excellent written & oral communication skills
Should be a self starter
Be completely proactive in coordinating with all the stake holders and ensure successful completion of the tasks assigned.
