Position Details - Required Manager/Sr Manager for the Service Desk team who would be responsible to manage a team of 50 spread across 4 location. Work Location: Mumbai-Vikhroli Work Exp: Brief Job Description: • Candidate should be well versed with Office productivity tools – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, SharePoint (all these skills are mandatory) • Expert in Excel to create MIS, PIVOT, Macros, etc • Well versed with SDP platform from Zoho for ticket logging and resolution tracking • Candidate should have skills for multi-tasking, systematic work behavior, interfacing with several internal teams to gather and co-relate technical information and be a positive team player • Candidate should have experience in presentation to management / senior management • Experienced in dealing with senior management • Daily team management of a diversified team spread across locations for 40+ team members managing an internal call center along with exposure to SDP platform and ITIL V3 exposure and certification shall be added advantage. Key Accountabilities: • Candidate should have excellent communication skills • Candidate should have excellent documentation and efiling skills • Candidate should be proactive Job Responsibilities: • Will have to follow up and close technical and non technical items with several teams • Will have to handle tasks from two reporting officers • Will need to be data intensive and manage volume of data mainly by email for reporting/investigating, etc • Inter and Intra team interactions • Daily tasks on SDP like ticket tracking, reports, customization, user configuration, adding/deleting access, fields and templates • Available on call 24X7 as needed for inputs, escalations and team management • Front end audits as needed Please let me know if you are interested for the below position.
