Please Check the below mentioned details Position : Servers Support Engineers Company : Confidential Location : Kuwait Job Type : Permanent Experience: 5+ years in relevant field Qualification and Skills: • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics or Equivalent. • Certification in the field (HP, IBM or Dell servers & infrastructure) Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Install, configure & upgrade the server hardware & its components • Evaluate the existing setup of Servers hardware configuration, Network card & network traffic, Servers, Server Security, Upgrading Servers and Installing Support pack & patches etc. • Servers advanced configuration • Servers health check • Integration of servers with other equipment like storage & backup • Tuning of the existing setup • Enhancement the services • Security related issues for existing servers • Auditing methods • Routine Maintenance procedures & Helpdesk Integration. • Servers monitoring (SIM & deployment). • Servers Backup & restore procedures. • Maintain inventory & documentation • Third party system installation & integration. • Good interpersonal skills and an amicable disposition.
