Following is the JD for the said position for your reference and understanding: JD for Team Lead in Data Centre Administration Experience: 6 - 10 Years Location: Hyderabad / Secunderabad Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG - Post Graduation Not Required Industry Type: IT-Software/ Software Services Role: Team Lead/Tech Lead Functional Area: Network Administration, Security Desired Candidate Profile • Strong Win2000 & Win 2003 system administration skills • Knowledge of systems and network security principles, and general systems administration best practices • Understanding of Firewalls, Load Balancers, switches, and network design • MS SQL & Oracle configuration, troubleshooting, and tuning skills are a strong plus • Should have excellent communication skills and leadership skills • The ability to work and drive the team in an energetic, fast paced and interrupt driven environment, with openness to the demands and rewards of a 24 x 7 workplace. Willingness to join on-call 24 x 7 pager rotation. • Goal-oriented attitude and demeanor to work through roadblocks, motivate external concerns and bring about resolution • Proven strong team management capabilities as a manager Job Description Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of Data Centre administrators who manage Win2000 systems running custom Web & SQL applications that are part of a rapidly growing hosted environment. Lead will play a key role in driving SumTotal's commitment to provide customers access on a 24x7x365 basis.
