Position : Admin Executive
Location : Vikhroli
Job Profile :
1. Co-ordinating for Stationary requisition.
2. Coordinate with IT Department
3. Maintenance of office which includes
4. Checking on cleanliness of office and pantry and reception area.
5. Calling for Assistance with regards to IT , electrical , mechanical related problems.
6. Updating the Attendance muster daily and Maintaining leave records
7. Travel booking , Hotel Reservations and Carpick up
8. Making arrangement for configuration of email ids of the new joinees
9. Maintaining OD forms and leave application forms
10. Facility Check and maintenance.
11. Invoice verification of vendors and submission of the same to the Accounts department.
12. Attendance & Leave maintenance of BIPL employee on monthly basis.
13. Follow up and co-ordination for Pest Control treatment of the office premises.
14. Godown management.
15. Plants replacements and their rental payment.
16. Attending to complaints of the employees regarding facility and other administrative issues.
17. Reparation, renovation & maintenance of office premises.
18. Maintaining the MIS reports.
19. Follow up and co-ordination for food coupons every month. Distribution of the same within the employees
20. Cost control in each and every arrears possible.
21. Vendor management and negotiation in quotation for the best price.
22. Getting the AMC done with vendors for Cartridge, Pest control, AC, Tea Coffee Vending Machine.
23. Getting Servicing and repairs done of AC s, Water Dispenser & tea coffee vending machines.
24. Handling and tracking courier records(Professional & First Flight)
25. Getting the joining formalities done for the new employee .
