Job Profile:
*To ensure high uptime of IT infrastructure and smooth functioning of the IT facilities.
*Responsible for setting infrastructure, user management and IT Security systems.
*Setting infrastructure
*Determining the type of IT hardware and software, the costs, the timelines, compatibility with existing systems & draft proposals for approval from Management
* Transition existing software if and when required to bring in standards *Ensure licenses and compliances with respect to software installations are in place
* Coordinate with vendors for broad band, email, data management and other requirements for the offices.
* Keep track on allocation of Desktops, Laptops, Data cards and accessories and maintain accurate database
*Allot computers to new joinees, ensure the right software is installed in the respective system
* Provide email address to new joinees as per policy
* Define access policy based on user roles and implement the same
* Train users in IT processes on system security and basic usage of email, Etc
Location: Dadar (W)
Salary: 25 to 30,000/- per month
