Experience : 5+ yrs Good experience in the areas of Virtualization, Storage, Networking and Security technologies like Hyper-V/VM Ware, MSCSS Clustering, NLB, SAN, Networking and Security apart from standard server technologies like AD,DHCP/DNS, Backup, RAID, SCOM and SCCM. PFB the current JD. • Perform tasks assigned as part of MSCIS driven Infrastructure project involving Server Consolidation/Dublin Migration/End of Life replacement. • Create Virtual Machine for the request from ISR site within 5 days target • Review and process VM issues and escalations from service operation team. • Creation of cluster farms on the Servers • Attend Weekly Infrastructure meeting. • Troubleshooting OS, Network and Hardware related issues • Provide assistance in Storage Solution (Storage Area Network /DMX) • Work with upstream teams (DCOPS/GNOC/SUOPS etc) on Infrastructure requests related to server procurement, hardware changes (RAM/Motherboard/Storage), IP changes (DNS/WINS/Static IP),storage expansion and server rename/decommission •Minimum 5 - 8 years related experience on handling Lab/Data Center •Experience working in 24x7 environment and Data center operation support. •In-depth knowledge of OS and Network layers •Experience working with Hyper-V for VM creation and Host capacity planning. •Knowledge of storage technology (SAN/SSD/DAS etc) •Outstanding customer service/focus skills •Demonstrated ability in handling complex technical issues and providing timely solutions. •Demonstrated ability to define and follow best practices and processes. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Passion for support Location: Hyderabad Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization Please revert me back with following details if you are interested.
