Position – Sales Manager (Utilities /Power ) Experience – 5 to 15 Years Location - Mumbai Keywords: IT Solutions - Power & Utility Sector, IT Sales, Software Sales,IT Consulting. Job Description 1. Focus on developing the business in the region through effective targeting of Accounts and converting them to leads 2. Account Management. Build relationships at all levels (especially with Senior Executives) managing each account effectively. 3. Achieve/Exceed the Sales Booking Targets. 4. Understand target customer organizations underlying business pains, and propose & win the appropriate solutions through Value Selling. 5. Generate, Manage and Monitor the Sales Pipeline effectively using the tools in the company 6. Existing Account .Effectively manage the relationships with existing customers to increase share of the wallet in these accounts 7. Timely reporting Skills and Competencies 1. Excellent Sales skills with a never say die attitude towards business 2. Understanding of services/consulting business; 3. Ability to position Value to Prospects from the solutions provided by Rolta 4. Knowledge of the IT market potential and competition would be preferred. 5. Understanding of Oil & Gas Industry is highly desirable 6. Drive, adaptability, strong sense of entrepreneurship and achievement. 7. Good oral and written communication; excellent presentation skills. 8. Possess excellent client management and client satisfaction skills 9. Demonstrate drive and energy 10. Good interpersonal skills 11.
