Hi, There is an urgent opening for the position of Storage Consultant. Location - Pune Qualification - 16 yrs above Job Description: - As a technical consultant, this person will be responsible to design solutions around storage technologies. This technical consultant will also be responsible for planning and delivering complex implementations, storage migration, performance analysis and tuning, storage health check etc. This role involves interacting with clients directly and also working with multiple stake holders. # 6 + Years of experience required # 16 or more years of education required # Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant Work Experience required # Required Skills - Technical and Non Technical # Administration of storage subsystems like IBM/EMC/HP Storage # Installation and configuration of storage subsystems # Performance Analysis and Tuning of storage subsystems # Storage data migration # Storage Replication techniques including ( Preferable : global mirror/Metro mirror/flash copy ) # SAN switch knowledge base should include Brocade/IBM/CISCO switches and SAN routers # AIX/Unix/Linux/windows administration # In depth knowledge of Storage Technology # Communication Skills for customer facing role Interview Date - 18th June 2011 Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidates.
