Responsibility
ï ¶ Co -ordination with Technical Support Group in case of escalation,
ï ¶ Responsible for maintaining SLA to provide total Facility Management Services.
ï ¶ Creation & Maintenance of Technical Documentation.
ï ¶ Generating various reports as per SLA.
ï ¶ Vendors to maintain maximum up time of the systems and Network
ï ¶ should be good technically and good team leading quality.
>Good knowledge on ITIL v3 fundamental.
>Good in client interaction.
