Job Description :
Insight Knowledge on Windows Server Systems, Desktops, Hardware, Antivirus.
Immediate resolution of end user problems in case of escalation.
Excellent working knowledge in Configuring and Managing Cisco Routers (IOS and Cat-os), Managed Switches (D-Link 3268/3828).
Excellent working knowledge in IP addressing, Netting, Patting, RRAS, subletting, super netting, etc.
Excellent working knowledge in configuring and maintaining Watch Guard XTM and Cisco Pix Firewall.
Good knowledge in debugging and troubleshooting skills on windows sub-systems like IIS, CA, IPSEC, Hyper-V, DFS, etc.
Thorough Expertise in SQL 2005/2008/2008R2 DBA and Security Management.
Thorough Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS & DHCP on Windows Server 2008R2
Thorough Expertise into troubleshooting various Server and Desktop hardware problems.
Process Oriented on PMS, IPS, IDS, TMS, etc, Security Health Checks, Security Calendars, etc.
Ensure all Security Majors are in Place as per ITMS Policy
Ensure all timely data is provided to Operations for creating Reports and RCA.
Must have working knowledge of networking concepts, MS Clustering, VM Clustering, NLB (Network Load Balancer), etc.
Must have working knowledge on Windows IIS, web technologies and system security.
Excellent working knowledge on server management tools, like Perl,perflog,perfmon,netmon,crypt,cyphertools,regdacl,rmtshare,sid2user,dumpacl,winhex etc.
Excellent working knowledge in backup software like Symantec Backup Exec 2010 (v13).
Excellent working knowledge in backup software like Symantec Endpoint Security Manager V11.6 and above.
Must have working Knowledge on SAN/NAS technology and its impact on the server environment.
Excellent working knowledge on Active directory 2008R2 x 64 administrations.
Should have clear and thorough expertise on Active directory schema editing, Roles management and Replication management.
Excellent working knowledge on MS Exchange Server 2007/2010 with power shell and other CLI's.
Excellent working knowledge on Database Defragmenting of MS-SQL 2008R2, Exchange 2007/2010 and Windows NTDS.
Windows Server OS patch deployment via WSUS3.0 SP1 and above.
Strong exposure to Virtualization technology like Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware ESX 4.1, VMware Server, V-sphere, etc.
Good Knowledge on planning, configuring, implementing and troubleshooting VLAN and VTP.
Good Knowledge on BOVPN, Tunnel Security, RPC over HTTPS, etc.

Salary Range : 2,50,000 to 3,50,000.
Company Policy :
Salary would be divided into Fixed & Variable. Out of the total Salary, 20% will be variable based on the performance & 80 % will be Fixed Sal.
