2. Firewall Configuration and Management
3. Linux operating System
4. Windows Client operating systems( Winxp, Vista, Windows 7)
5. MS Windows Server(2k3, 2k8)
6. Cisco VOIP
7. MS IIS4.0 web server
8. Application software including MS Office, MS Outlook,
9. Virus protection software, McAfee preferred
10. Technical staff management of FMS
11. Database servers (Microsoft SQL and/or Oracle)
12. Technical writing.
