Key Result Areas: This position is intended to cover the following areas: • All aspects of IT Infrastructure, Systems, IS Security and policies • Control and monitoring of Facilities Management (for all units across the globe) • Hardware maintenance (preventive & corrective) • Windows 2000/2003/2008, Exchange 2003/2007/2010: Configuration, deployment and Management • Networking (LAN/WAN/MPLS/LL ) Management • IT Security / Fire walls / Antivirus Software management • Budgetary control over IT Infrastructure & Systems budget (revenue and capital) • Controlling Outsourced IT services • Team size 15-20 (in-house + outsourced)  Certified professional by Microsoft / CISCO/CISA/CISM etc would be preferred. • Exposure to multi locations and multi systems IT Infrastructure management.
