TELECOM Engineer
Location : Mumbai
Ø Graduate in Engineering / Science.
Ø Preferable certification from Avaya (ACA or equivalent)/ Cisco (CCVP or equivalent).
Ø 4-6 years of IT experience, and worked in managing Telecom equipments of Avaya & Cisco.
Ø Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for overall telecom infrastructure including phone systems, voicemail systems, video conferencing solutions, audio conferencing systems & call accounting systems.
Ø Assist with the development of voice infrastructure standards.
Ø Voice Architecture & design for new offices.
Ø Patch & Release management of corresponding infrastructure software standards.
Ø Development and implementation of solutions for daily move/add/changes, handling & scheduling backups, inventory management.
Ø Development of voice infrastructure solutions and standards which satisfy the requirements of Jacobs offices globally.
Ø Monitor operation of systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
Ø Valid Passport and willing to travel on short notice.
