Network Support Engineer/ Network Management Engineer
Location : Mumbai
-Job Requirements: BS Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science and five (5) years of directly related experience in a LAN/WAN environment. Progressive, relevant training and/or Cisco certification may be substituted for a portion of the experience requirement. Must have full knowledge and understanding of OSI Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks, LAN / WAN design and protocols, routing protocols, switch / router configuration, VPNs, NATs, Juniper Netscreen firewall configuration, and Cisco VoIP. Requires practical, hands-on experience in OSPF and BGP routing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical, end user, and management is important. Customer service skills are paramount. CCNP/CCDP certification required.

Network Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities:- This position supports Our client's global network infrastructure. The successful candidatewill design, configure, and support small to large voice and data networks, develop documentation, plan work effort to estimate schedules and timelinesto advise the client of impact and resources, be able to report for emergency duty working outside normal hours, and travel domestically and internationally as required. The successful candidate will be required to share responsibilities in a rotating On Call system for after-hours emergencies.
Position 2
Network Management Engineer
Job Responsibilities :- This position will be part of a small team that handle management & monitoring of the Our Client global network infrastructure. This team also supports the remote access systems employed at Jacobs (UAG, VPN, iPass, etc.). The successful candidate will assist in ongoing network management/monitoring activities, as well as supporting remote access systems. Must be detail oriented and very organized, develop documentation, plan work effort to estimate schedules and timelines to advise the client of impact and resources, be able to report for emergency duty working outside normal hours, and travel domestically and internationally as required. The successful candidate will be required to share responsibilities in a rotating On Call system for after-hours emergencies.
