1.Studying and Scrutiny of Architects, RCC, Electrical and Plumbing Drawings.
2.Preparation of Bar Charts, Pile foundation, Micro piling, Pile Cap,
3.All types of RCC works, Inspection and Checking of Formwork and Steel reinforcements, Inspection and Supervision of Concreting works,
4. Quality monitoring, Quantity Survey and Costing, Rate Analysis, Bar Bending Schedule, Finishing and Infrastructure works, Internal and external brickwork, Wood work, electrical works, Internal and external plastering, Gypsum works, POP works, Waterproofing work, Plumbing works, Kitchen platform work, Door and Window framing work, Marbonite flooring, Aluminium Sliding window work,
5.Lift Installation Work.
6.Co-ordination with different contractors, completing the said work within the stipulated time,
7.Co-ordination with Architects,RCC Consultant, Electrical consultant and Plumbing Consultant, Checking of Contractors and Sub-contractors Bills, Checking of material suppliers Bills, Indenting of materials and Progress Monitoring on daily basis,
