Urgent Opening for Tech Lead - Mumbai

This is Archana from Optima Global Solutions, Currently looking for Tech Lead for a Mumbai based client. Location : Hiranandani Estate, Thane JD: As Tech Lead he/she will be responsible for 1. Fully responsible for the Technical design / Tech architecture for the web applications, portal applications and online interactive product [learning] development. 2. Lead and mentor the tech team for best practices with a lot of "hands on"/ 'trouble-shooting ' approach. 3. Ensure the technical design specs, coding and configuration activities are of good Quality and well documented as per the process guidelines & standards. 4. Pro-actively evaluate improvements or exploring multi technologies in tech product development areas and get them implemented in planned manner. 5. Contribute in discussions with other team managers like Content, Configuration and Sales to plan product roadmap and delivery plans. Desired Candidate: 1. Overall experience in Software development of 6 to 8 years of which 3+ years in a tech Lead role handling a small team. 2. Should have good exposure in CMS/LMS application development. 3. Should have contributed in technical design of a web application / implementation with a large user base. 4.
