Experience: 4 Yrs-9 Yrs Work Location: Bangalore Job Type:Permanent Description: To perform Incident Management for assigned customers as per contract deliverables. The primary objective is to act as the escalation point in Security services and also guide the L1 teams on the day to day Security Service operations and ensure smooth operations. Secondary objectives include configuration and review of network management tools, monitoring customer specific incidents to ensure service level metrics are met, analysis of incidents and identification of root cause for incidents and problems. Qualifications Graduate / Post Graduate Preferred Certifications Completed: CCNA, CCSA, CCSP, JNCIA-SSL Experience 3-4 years experience in LAN and WAN support and configuration (optional) 3-4 years firewall / VPN support and configuration (mandatory) 3-4 years experience with Proxy servers, content filtering, network management tools (desirable) Work experience in a production support environment is preferable. Responsibilities: • Hands-on expertise in designing and implementing technical security solutions, including firewalls and VPN's. Verifiable experience with on site implementations of one or more the following security devices: Cisco ASA Firewall, Cisco VPN Concentrator, Juniper Netscreen Firewall, Juniper SSL VPN, Bluecoat ProxySG • Develop security policy baselines for device deployments and ensure the baselines are followed • Develop documentation, perform product evaluation, and service integration for new and existing supported security products • Perform security device installations and upgrades • Perform non-standard changes on security devices • Contribute to shared knowledgebase • Excellent customer service skills and awareness • High level of verbal and written communication skills • ITSM Process knowledge is necessary It is not that the resources need to be aware of all the technical skillsets mentioned above but at least in-depth knowledge in one or more areas and basic idea about others is desirable.
