Position - Technical Support Engineer
Exp - 3yrs to 7yrs
Location - Bangalore
NOTE: This job opening will involve 24/7 shifts and Voice support which is rotational Shifts.
Key Responsibilities-
• Identifies, Documents and Escalates customer issues.
• Troubleshooting and providing appropriate solutions to customer issues.
• Effectively communicating procedural and technical issues in a fast paced and customer critical environment.
• Monitor and track all service calls, provide call status, updates at regular intervals and communicate status to customers using Call tracking database.
• Proactively Communicating via phone and/or Email, follow-up with global(EMEA, APJ and US) customers and resolve incidents
• Responsible for Technical support and maintenance of various RSA SecurID products deployed on Windows/UNIX platform.
• Knowledge Sharing:
 Sharing knowledge with the Team.
 Contributing to write new/update Knowledge base articles.
 Active participation in Technical forums.
 Mentor new hires on board.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Knowledge of Administration, Architecture and Installation of RSA SecurID Products like Authentication Manager, Authentication Agents.
• Accurate case documentation on customer issue.
• Mentoring new team members to get up to phase.
• Conference calls with clients along with mentors for faster resolution.
• Providing suggestions on process and product development.
• Working towards team contribution to get excellent results.
Operational Skills:
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work 24X7X365 organization shift work, holidays and on-call responsibilities is required.
• Customer support and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in Voice Support
Should be flexible for 24/7 (Rotation Shifts)
