Hello, Collabera has been retained by Siemens India to recruit Senior IT Consultant (Security Monitoring) for Mumbai Position Name: Senior IT Consultant (Security Monitoring) Location Vikhroli, Mumbai Experience: 3- 6 Years Work profile • Implementation of a global service to collect process and monitor security related information for internal as well as external customers. • Implementation of global solution for Security Information and Event Management according to CERT and ISEC regulatories • Evaluate different tools, lead proof of concept installations and suggest selection of most appropriate tool or vendor from a technical perspective. Support in decision making technical and financial perspective (Partial) • Analysis and assessment of customer's infrastructure, threat modeling. Development of customer specific implementation scenario (Partial) • Responsible for technical implementation up to customer acceptance • Technical contact for the global service. Support GPCs/CPCs contacts and delivery units during implementation phase and Portfolio Management and Solution Design Authorities during proposal and design phase • Maintenance of agreed OLAs/SLAs, Ensure availability of KPIs reporting data for the service according to agreed OLA/SLA • Support for service accounting. Maintenance of agreed OLSs/SLAs, identification of deviations, suggestion of measures for continual service improvement process. Qualification B.S / B.
